Based in New Plymouth, our licenced master builders can build your new home, wherever you are in the Taranaki region. Our team are experts in building beautiful homes by the water, lifestyle properties, and architectural house designs, and our goal is to make sure you’re happy right through your building journey – up until the very end.
meet the team
Scott Vile has been building since 2003, so he knows how to build an award-winning Landmark home. Both the franchise owner of Landmark Homes Taranaki and director of his own company, Build Taranaki Ltd, Scott started out as a building apprentice in 2007 and has gone on to create masterpieces all over Taranaki.
In 2019, Landmark Homes Taranaki scooped up four wins at the House of the Year Awards, including New Home $600,000–$750,000 (Gold Reserve and Category Winner) and the New Home $450,000–$600,000 (Gold Reserve and Category Winner) award categories.
They were also named Franchise of the Year at Landmark Homes’ 2017 and 2019 National Awards.
