Subdividing steps
We can help you through the process, and then build your dream home on the Subdivided section.
1. Feasibility Assessment
First things first, see if Subdivision is possible on your section. We’ll run an assessment and give you a proposal for what could be developed on your section – with an estimation of the costs involved.
2. Planning your Subdivision
After meeting to discuss what you want from your new home – we will design a beautiful house that meets local Council requirements and ticks all of your ‘must have’ boxes too. There is sometimes an art to achieving both!
3. Designing your New Home/s

4. Completing the Application + Subdivision Process
We will work with you on your Resource Consent application, help liaise with Council and engineers as necessary and respond promptly to any issues that arise after consultation with you.
