The Wainui plan is based on Landmark Homes Whitianga Showhome which was custom-designed for a Coromandel couple who will use the home after its Showhome period.

Not every Landmark Showhome transitions into a Ready to Build plan, but Wainui was different. “With features such as a flat roofline, multi-level living, and the latest in contemporary design, this style of home filled a gap in our plan collection, offering a fresh perspective amidst our more traditional and pavilion-style homes,” explains Shelley.

“We knew from the start that this design was something special. It's contemporary, yet enduring, and perfectly complements our existing range of Read to Build plans.”
