Two-Storey Plans to Maximise Space and Views

The Kano Design

This contemporary, striking, roomy and ultra-luxurious two-level design features the living area and master suite downstairs, and family bedrooms upstairs.

The Kano boasts a spectacular kitchen and well-appointed scullery, which will thrill even the most discerning entertainer. A spacious open-plan living opens to alfresco entertaining on two sides, a separate media room and generous master bedroom suite (with a luxurious ensuite and dressing room, to rival an elite hotel!) Family accommodation occupies the upper level, with a further three double bedrooms, study nook, and bathroom.

The Omokoroa Design

The Omokoroa is inspired by the coastal feel of a Hamptons home – and is an entertainer’s dream.

With high-pitched ceilings every design feature both inside and out is accentuated to create a crisp, light, elegant look. With a long, wide open plan living, dining and kitchen area, the high pitch and sloping ceilings immediately make a statement. Step out through the floor to ceiling double sliding doors onto the covered portico, perfect for capturing those views.

The Ararimu Design

This two-level modern home features an open plan living, dining and kitchen upstairs, along with a guest powder room, and the master suite – so if you’ve got a beautiful view to capture, this plan might be for you!

Downstairs houses extra bedrooms, a bathroom, internal access to the garage and laundry, and plenty of storage under the stairs. Plus, a built-in lift-well futureproofs the house. Life will feel easy in this spacious family retreat.
