Landmark Homes is proud to announce the launch of its newest franchise, Landmark Homes Northland. Co-owned by experienced builders Ben Holwerda and Sam Onnes, the franchise will cover the region from Kaipara through to Cape Reinga.

Both Ben and Sam bring extensive experience in high-end residential construction. Ben established a building company in 2005 and has built a reputation for delivering boutique renovations and premium new builds. Sam has worked across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, including senior project management roles on multi-million-pound homes in London. Together, they bring proven systems, strong client focus, and a shared passion for creating homes that reflect both the setting and the people who live in them.

“We’re excited to bring Landmark’s design and build expertise to Northland,” says Sam. “It’s a region full of opportunity, from Mangawhai and Waipū through to Kerikeri and Paihia, and we’re looking forward to helping clients build homes that fit the lifestyle they’ve chosen here.”
