Ben and Sam lead the Northland team, supported by a talented group of designers, consultants, and builders who share the same commitment to quality and craftsmanship that Landmark is known for nationwide.
Ben established a successful building company in 2005 and has built a reputation for delivering boutique renovations and premium new builds. Sam’s career has taken him across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK, where he worked on multi-million-pound homes in London. Together, they bring proven systems, a strong client focus, and a shared passion for creating homes that reflect both the setting and the people who live in them.
Together, they bring both the personal touch of a local builder and the reliability of a nationally recognised brand, helping Northlanders build homes that stand the test of time.
