Landmark Homes Waikato franchise owner Nigel Watson is passionate about building amazing homes and seeing the clients’ dreams come true. Nigel has over 20 years of building experience being a qualified carpenter, and experienced project manager. This knowledge is a huge benefit to overseeing the unique designs and helping explain the building process to our clients and helping them through the design process. What he loves about Landmark Homes is that not one home is the same and they are unique and individually designed to suit each client’s needs and dreams. There is no better reward then handing over the keys at the end and seeing the smiles on our clients faces.
Nigel's proudest moment, aside from every beautiful Landmark Home they have created for all their clients, ''is putting together our previous Waihi Showhome in Te kowhai'', he says. ''Designing this home's layout, materials used, the finishing and the interior decorating, has all come together so well and it has been a fantastic achievement. The awesome feedback we have been getting makes all the hard work worthwhile."
