THE KAWAU 

A two-level spacious apartment style townhouse, the Kawau is a great solution for development sites.

It can be built either as a single standalone unit, or in groups of two or more. The ground floor entry level features open plan kitchen, dining and living, with a lift space for future proofing.

Duplex living has proven to be so popular in the last year, that recently the Landmark Homes’ Taupō franchise built the Rangitoto plan to showcase what’s possible and the Auckland South-East Franklin are opening their version this coming May.
