After 10 years, Paul and Debbie Brett from Landmark Homes North Shore are celebrating with a new landmark of their own – a new office!

Handy to the motorway and centrally located on the North Shore & Rodney areas, the new office boasts more space for the team to work, including refreshed meeting spaces and display areas for the products they use in their homes.

It is all part of their commitment to continually improve their service and provide the best experience for their customers as soon as they walk through the door.

“We love what we do, and we care about the end result,” says Debbie. “We want to work with our clients to achieve their desired result.”

“Our team values are clear & regular communication, no broken promises, continual improvement, living & working passionately and being solutions focused – and creating a place where we can fulfil those values is an exciting time!”

Debbie and Paul first got involved with Landmark Homes 10 years ago. Paul was a builder with years of experience managing high-end residential projects, while Debbie had worked in administrative and human resource roles within various industries before joining the Landmark team.

They were initially attracted to the franchise for the long-held reputation of quality Landmark Homes had, and over the past decade they have thoroughly enjoyed the camaraderie and support they have received from other franchisees – as well as Landmark Homes National Office.

Debbie and Paul love living on the Shore and can see why many people want to build homes in this beautiful part of Auckland.

“A beach is never far away and yet we are still close to the CBD for inner city activities. The vibe here is casual and friendly; it’s easy to head north to the Matakana region, or get into the great outdoors out West as well.”

Much like the ever-changing area the live in, Debbie and Paul have an affinity for modern design and aesthetics, with simple, clean lines, as well as using products with colour and flair.

They’re not the only ones it seems, with many of their clients taking a modern approach to home builds, particularly when it comes to environmental impact.

“While we do build many large homes, some of our clients are seeing value in high-quality products and fittings, with ecofriendly options to reduce the footprint size of their home.”

But every client has different wants and needs when it comes to building their dream home, and the Landmark Homes team work with their clients to create a home that fits the individual – whether it is from one of their ready to build plans, a design and build, or remove and rebuild.

“The one piece of advice we always give is put a lot of thought into how you and your family lives, your specific requirements when it comes to what you like to do and how you live your life day-to-day. We also encourage you to seek references from other customers, who have been through the process.”

Landmark Homes North Shore’s new office is located at unit B2, 59 Apollo Drive, Albany. Contact the team today to discuss building your very own Landmark!
